ml&s realigns its organization: Unified brand presence as a global electronics manufacturing and logistics service provider (EMS)
ml&s is taking another important step in its strategic development: a clear positioning as a global electronics manufacturing and logistics service provider (Electronics Manufacturing Services, EMS) goes hand in hand with a unified brand presence. Therefore, both the holding parent company and all operational sister companies of ml&s GmbH & Co. KG will operate under the ml&s brand in the future.
With this renaming, we are creating a consistent, internationally recognizable brand structure and strengthening our presence as a globally operating EMS partner. All existing services, contacts, and contracts will of course remain unchanged.
Bringing all companies together under the ml&s brand is a logical step to clearly communicate our international orientation and end-to-end capabilities to the outside world. Customers benefit from a unified appearance, clear structures, and a globally networked portfolio of services.
As an EMS provider, ml&s offers comprehensive solutions along the entire value chain – from engineering and industrialization to electronics manufacturing and system integration, as well as global supply chain management and after-sales service. International locations in Europe and North America enable flexible, scalable production and logistics concepts for global markets.
Accordingly, the current locations of the ml&s Group will operate under the following names: in Germany as ml&s GmbH & Co. KG, in Switzerland as ml&s Holding SA and ml&s Suisse SA (formerly duotec Holding SA and duotec operations SA), and in Mexico as ml&s Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. (formerly duotec de Norteamérica S. de R.L. de C.V.).
With this new structure, ml&s strengthens its competitiveness and positions itself sustainably as a global EMS partner for demanding electronics solutions.
