For the first time, the partial qualification program for mechatronics technicians was offered in the region, and five participants successfully completed this demanding qualification. Three of the graduates are from our company, which fills us with particular pride.
Over a period of three years, we supported and accompanied our colleagues intensively—professionally, organizationally, and personally. Nevertheless, one thing is very clear: the successful completion is above all a personal achievement of each individual. With great commitment, perseverance, and a strong willingness to learn, the participants mastered the high requirements of the partial qualification.
On December 11, 2025, the participants successfully passed their final examination before the Neubrandenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce. This milestone was given a fitting setting the following day at the ceremonial certificate presentation on December 12, 2025, at the BerufsBildungsWerk Greifswald. In addition to the graduates and their supporters, representatives of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Federal Employment Agency were also present and acknowledged this special achievement.
We are extremely proud of our three colleagues who, by earning their qualification as mechatronics technicians, have not only expanded their professional prospects but also set a strong example for qualification and professional development. At the same time, we of course extend our warm congratulations to the two other graduates on this outstanding success.
The successful completion of this first partial qualification program for mechatronics technicians in the region clearly demonstrates how effective targeted continuing education can be—for the participants, for companies, and for the entire region. We are pleased to have taken this path together and look to the future with confidence and to many more partial qualification programs to come.
