With the successful relocation of our coating and bonding production operations to a larger manufacturing hall, we have taken another important step toward securing the future of our company.
Prior to the move, the new facility underwent extensive modernization and was equipped with a new HVAC system featuring an air-source heat pump capable of both heating and cooling. The system enables sustainable heat recovery by utilizing the warm exhaust air generated by the production equipment to heat the manufacturing halls and adjacent buildings. By reusing process heat, we reduce our overall energy consumption while significantly improving the energy efficiency of our production.
In addition to its environmental benefits, the new production area offers significant improvements to our manufacturing processes. The optimized layout of the workstations enables a more efficient material and production flow, reduces transport distances and processing times, and provides additional capacity to support future growth. At the same time, our employees benefit from modernized and improved working conditions.
The new coating area is equipped with a state-of-the-art machinery and production system, including four coating lines with enclosed rework stations, three semi-automated bonding stations, three manual bonding stations, one underfill line, and two UV curing chambers with exhaust air systems.
With the new coating and bonding area, we are making a targeted investment in a high-performance, sustainable, and future-oriented manufacturing environment. The combination of advanced production technology, optimized processes, and energy-efficient infrastructure provides an excellent foundation for meeting the growing demands of our customers while supporting our environmental objectives for years to come.
