Every year, we train up to 8 young people to become "electronics technicians for devices and systems". With this profession, you'll manufacture components and devices, e.g. for information and communication technology, medical technology, or measurement and testing technology. This technician commissions and maintains systems and devices.

Our two instructors will provide you with the theoretical basics in our specially equipped training facilities. With the help of various practical exercises and project work, you will continuously consolidate your knowledge in order to use your learned skills in day-to-day business in the operational assignments within our various departments.

When you start your training with us, you will receive a trainee kit with the most important work equipment.

We like to call ourselves the mlands family because our highest value is a good atmosphere and cooperation. During various trips, excursions and team events, you will not only get to know your training year, but also all the other trainees.
