Enquiry management / project purchasing employee (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:
- Request material terms from suppliers for new and ongoing projects, using the existing enquiry software
- Verify the plausibility of prices, quantities, minimum order quantities, payments and delivery terms and conditions
- Support in preparing for negotiations, conducting and following up on negotiations
- Creation and maintenance of basic purchasing data
- Internal and/or external clarification of discrepancies in the basic purchasing data
- Support of supply management in conclusion of target agreements and monitoring their implementation
- Responsibility for coordinating the supply of materials for costumers projects
What we would like you to have:
- Completed technical training or comparable qualification
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in working with SAP is desirable
- Sensitivity and awareness of costs
- High level of team- and communication skills
