Your responsibilities:

• Commercial responsibility for the purchase of a material area
• Development of purchasing and supplying strategies
• Enquiries for components as part of new projects and annual price negotiations of ongoing projects
• Support in preparing for negotiations, conducting and following up on negotiations
• Active involvement in supply management, conclusion of target agreements and monitoring implementation, market observation and monitoring of audits
• Collaboration with customer department teams, particularly for the launch of new products
• Management of escalations 

What we would like you to have:

• Completed studies in the degree programmes of industrial engineering or business administration with a solid foundation of technical knowledge and expertise, or comparable qualification
• Business fluent English
• Experience in working with SAP is desirable
• High level of commitment, teamwork and communication skills, strong negotiation skills
