ml&s has a growing pool of more than 300 highly qualified staff. More than 50% of our salaried staff are graduates, 100% of our wage-earners are skilled workers. The majority of our employees have had technical training. The high level of training combined with years of experience with individual, serial and mass production are what determine the success factor "staff" at ml&s.
