Your prospects at ml&s
ml&s specializes in PCB assembly and the manufacture and configuration of complex systems,
especially for telecommunications. For our role as an all-round service enterprise, customer
counselling already in the design phase is very important. Rapidly changing markets and the
enormous pressure on electronics producers to reduce costs make both quick and flexible reactions
necessary - a challenge for ml&s engineers and technicians.
ml&s is, together with Siemens Greifswald, one of the largest private employers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In order to flourish on the rapidly changing international market, we need the best staff for commencement of manufacturing, tests, assembly, service, purchasing and administration.
Many employees of ml&s are graduates, all others are at least skilled workers. Graduates in the following fields are particularly in demand:

Every year ml&s trains young people in industrial electronics.
Applications should be handed in by the end of the previous year.
Opportunities for students
There is no end to learning. We are looking for interns who already during their theoretical
training cannot wait to learn from the exciting practice of technology development and production.
The technological partnership with Siemens AG and the Institute of Broadband Technology of the Stralsund University of Applied Sciences at the ml&s site in Greifswald provides varied training and work opportunities for technicians.
